AL-1032 Multi Function Board for SLSC

The AL-1032 is a 32-channel multi-functional board supporting isolated digital input/output for applications requiring high performance digital signal conditioning with fault insertion. The boards has an embedded DAQ to enable analog input/output.

The AL-1032 board is designed for NI’s Switch Load Signal Conditioning (SLSC) system, to be used in Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulators.

  • Digital Input type: Sinking, Sourcing
  • Voltage Range: <60V
  • Max current: 1000mA

Fault insertion (FIU) is available on each channel providing Open, Fault to Vsup and Gnd, pin2pin

The board interfaces with NI PXI and/or Compact-RIO instrumentation devices for the purpose of developing, verifying, and validating electronic control unit software and hardware. By using software, such as the Aliaro Configurator, pins can easily be configured and deployed in NI VeriStand
