AL-4010 6 ch Battery Cell Simulator (BCS) Module

Description

The AL-4010, designed for integration with a NI SLSC chassis (SLSC-12001), offers 6 channels capable of emulating 6 battery cells. The inter-channel dielectric strength is 60V, while that between the board and the NI SLSC chassis is 1500V. Multiple AL-4010 boards can be installed and connected in series, allowing for a series connection of cells limited only by the sum of single cell voltages. Operating in all quadrants, the AL-4010 can sink and source, with variable positive and negative operation voltages tailored to the output voltage to minimize internal power losses.
