KADRO K-series Test System

KADRO K-series provides a simulated environment for the testing of one or more control systems. Aliaro’s solution simulates the environment with real and simulated loads and perform simulations of both sensors and machines.

The solution also includes features for security and robustness testing through fault injection functionality.

KADRO HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Test System

KADRO HIL is a distributed system with more than 500channels per rack. It is built on multiple KADRO K64RTb. To be able to simulated the environment we use National Instruments Veristand together with National Instruments PXI and c-Serie controllers.

Requirements:

  • Testing of intelligent industrial monitoring and control systems
  • Simulation of environments for testing of control systems
  • HIL and functional testing of ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System)
  • Includes security and robustness testing through fault injection functionality.
  • Modular and software-based re-configurable boards to ensure reusability of the test system.
  • Possibility to connect external load
  • Extendable up to +1000 channels.
  • Test system is compatible to dSpace, National Instruments, Vector.
